The cuisine of Bistro – Restaurant Le Patriarche – meat, fish & vegetarian
Classic “bistro” dishes take center stage at Le Patriarche, inside the Hôtel de France. Depending on the season, you might start with a gazpacho panna cotta topped with mozzarella mousse and pesto, a shrimp spring roll, or a soft-boiled egg with smoked salmon cream and chives. For your main course, choose between chicken supreme with chanterelles, baby potatoes and vegetables; salmon with tomato butter, “sauce vierge,” rice and vegetables; or penne with pesto, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan.
Desserts include walnut brownie with tonka bean whipped cream, passion fruit mousse with verbena-poached peach, or lemon cheesecake.
The lunch menu changes weekly to feature fresh, homemade dishes and seasonal ingredients — ideal for meat lovers, seafood fans, and vegetarians alike.
Evening menu – changing with the seasons
From October, Le Patriarche becomes an à la carte restaurant in the evening.
The tapas and sharing boards menu returns in April with the reopening of the terrace.

In summer, enjoy aperitifs or dinners on the terrace from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, April through October — a relaxed and friendly atmosphere perfect for sharing.
