Eat and Drink at Le Patriarche, the Restaurant of the H\u00f4tel de France<\/h1><\/div>

At the H\u00f4tel de France,<\/strong> Bistro Le Patriarche welcomes hotel guests from 7 a.m., and outside visitors from 8:30 a.m. for breakfast.<\/strong> At lunchtime, it offers everyone a set menu \u2014 starter, main course, and dessert \u2014 with three options (meat, fish, or vegetarian), served in the dining room or on the terrace from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. In the evening, the menu changes with the season: in winter, the bistro serves contemporary French cuisine, while in summer, the terrace comes alive with boards and tapas to share. Classic \u201cbistro\u201d dishes<\/strong> take center stage at Le Patriarche, inside the H\u00f4tel de France. Depending on the season, you might start with a gazpacho panna cotta topped with mozzarella mousse and pesto, a shrimp spring roll, or a soft-boiled egg with smoked salmon cream and chives. For your main course, choose between chicken supreme with chanterelles, baby potatoes and vegetables; salmon with tomato butter, \u201csauce vierge,\u201d rice and vegetables; or penne with pesto, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan.<\/p>\n

Desserts include walnut brownie with tonka bean whipped cream, passion fruit mousse with verbena-poached peach, or lemon cheesecake.<\/p>\n

From October, Le Patriarche becomes an \u00e0 la carte restaurant in the evening.
